TRGS is free to download from Google Play. A principal device activates the subscription and creates one shared TRGS account for the operation.

Founding operator launch pricing is currently £3.99/month or £39.99/year, with local Google Play pricing shown at purchase. This introductory launch price is intended to encourage early operational adoption and feedback during the initial public release period.

Trusted staff can install the app on their own Android devices and sign in using the shared account credentials. Staff devices do not need separate Google Play subscriptions if the shared TRGS account has active access.
